While hot temperatures and dry weather send many plants into a slumber, there are some that thrive in these conditions. This is a good thing since we've been busting the 100-degree mark at the Garden Home Retreat.

In spite of the heat and lack of rain, the borders are gorgeous thanks to a few exceptional plants.
