And I agree, Fall is a lovely time to be in the garden. The weather is perfect and there is far less garden cleaning-up to do. In my Fall garden, the goldenrods and lantana are the show-stoppers. The bees are all over the goldenrods and I love the goldenrods for that. The bees seem so happy and with everything they go through in our environment, they deserve some fun. I have a giant dahlia planted just outside my front window and it is still going strong. The blooms are about 8 inches across or more, fuschia colored. First year that I have grown these and now I am hooked. There are multiple buds on the plant right now, just hope they don't get nipped by any frost before they can put on a spectacular show! Hello,
