I love to start many different varieties of pepper seeds, including both sweet and especially hot peppers. They are eaten fresh, cooked, frozen, pickled, in relishes and in jams.

I love to seed start my zinnas and a little later when the soil is a little warmer I plant moon flowers and get them started, they love warmer soil. For the vegetable garden, I plant my tomatoes so I can transplant them for early tomatoe sandwiches!

I prefer sunflower seeds for direct sowing outside and
not messing with indoors because I have so little space. They
have a very high germination rate as well.

My favorite seed to plant is SUNFLOWERS! Every once in a while, the sprout has half or the whole shell on it! (I often help it by removing the shell.) Thanx!!
