I live in wesstern New York. I love lavender but I can only container garden. My plant grew some greenery and only a few flowers? at the end of a spike. Any ideas?

Technically, my blog isn’t a garden blog, however, the teddy bears garden most of the summer, so it does have plenty of garden photos – and in a 16′ X 16′ container garden behind a city rowhome, to boot.

So, if you’d ever like to invite guests, who will never interrupt you when you talk, take up very little room, and love to climb any plant sturdy enough to support 2-3 ounces, I have two Garden Gals young stuffed animals who would love to visit you, just as long as you take their pictures in your garden (and don’t let Maggie use them as toys.)
