Cherry Tomato Salsa
This Cherry Tomato Salsa is delicious!
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups miniature tomatoes
- 6 green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
Instructions
In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
Cut the tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl. Add the onions, parsley and cilantro.
Next pour in just enough vinaigrette to coat, stirring carefully to avoid breaking up the tomatoes.
Toss and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
