Fruit Salad With Honey Poppy Seed Dressing
One of the delights of summer is the availability of fresh fruit. This recipe for fresh fruit salad is great topped with granola and served for a late breakfast or afternoon snack.
In a large bowl mix together fruit. Set aside unrefrigerated.
In a separate bowl mix yogurt and honey then add lemon juice and poppy seeds until well blended. Place dressing in refrigerator to chill.
When ready to serve scoop fruit into a bowl, drizzle with poppy seed dressing and top with crunchy granola. What a great way to start the day!
