Hummus Filled Cucumber Cups
For me the most important element of a fun party is the food, aside from the company of course. I like to offer plenty of good eats, especially finger foods guests can nibble on with cocktails or before dinner is served. These little cucumber cups filled with hummus are easy to make and easy to eat. If hummus isn’t your thing, fill them with crab salad or herbed goat cheese.
Cut the cucumbers into ¾-inch thick rounds.
Scoop out the centers with a melon baller to make a cup.
Spoon hummus into each cup.
One medium-sized cucumber will make about 5 to 6 cups.
Time to prepare: 20 minutes.
