Roasted Baby Carrots With Dill
Ingredients
- 1 lb. baby carrots, peeled
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss carrots with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spread out on a cookie sheet.
Cook in a pre-heated 400°F oven for 20 minutes.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Toss with dill and lemon juice.

Time to prepare: 30 minutes.
