With the back of a spoon, bruise the rosemary leaves to release the oils and place them in a large jar along with the lemon slices.
Pour in the water, seal the lid of the jar and set aside for 4 hours to steep.
When the tea is ready, remove the lemons and rosemary leaves with a strainer and serve over ice with lemon slices and rosemary sprigs for garnish. This tea recipe will serve 6 and can easily be doubled.
Now this tea is unsweetened, you can add a little sugar if you want to sweeten it up a bit…..Enjoy!
