Sauteed Corn Off The Cob
Other than eating it on the cob, this is one of the easiest ways to prepare fresh corn. The kernel's sweet flavor is enhanced with just a little butter, salt and pepper.
Instructions
Slice the corn kernels off the cobs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in large sauté pan.
Add corn kernels and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until the color deepens.
Serve hot.
Notes
You can add some extra zip with scallions and lime zest or try adding a few jalapeno pepper slices.
Time to prepare: 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
