Snow Peas With Mint



Steam snow peas 2-3 minutes or until tender-crisp.

Saute shallots in butter. Add bouillon and cook until soft.

Add snow peas and heat through over medium-high heat for about 1 minute, tossing well.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with mint and serve.


Time to prepare: 15 minutes.

This recipe is vegetarian.

Serves 4.
