Soynog

Around this time every year, we start seeing that quintessential holiday drink – eggnog – showing up in homes around the country. But if you or your guests can’t do dairy, have I got a great alternative. It’s soynog!
Ingredients
- 1 qt. vanilla soymilk
- 7 oz. extra-firm silken tofu
- 7 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 2/3 cup amaretto
Instructions
Making soynog is pretty simple. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
Notes
Refrigerate before serving.
Time to prepare: 15 minutes.

I love this recipe! My family prefers it without the amaretto and with less syrup (I cut the syrup in half and can't tell the difference). So healthy! Thanks!
