Turkey, Pear And Blue Cheese Sandwich


Start by sautéing the sliced turkey in a little melted butter. This is just to warm it up and add some flavor. You can skip this step if you'd like.

Slice and toast the bread.

Spread a generous amount of the blue cheese dressing on the bread.

Top with turkey, pears, arugula and additional slice of bread.


Time to prepare: 15 minutes.
