P. Allen Smith's Garden to Table is a brand new series where Allen showcases the bounty of the seasons with recipes arranged according to by when ingredients are at their garden fresh best. He features many of his own Southern recipes along with recipes from chefs all around the country. In each episode Allen will share gardening tips and cooking tricks to educate his viewers on how they can incorporate the garden to table concept into their lifestyle. Another new segment involves tablescaping, Allen's ideas for creating a beautiful table setting for any occasion by using elements from the garden.
