Radish Scarlet Glob
This early radish is an old favorite because its olive-shaped roots are crisp and mild. Red-skinned and white-fleshed, Scarlet Globe is tasty on relish trays and in salads.
Plant seeds in early spring as soon as the soil can be worked. Continue planting every 2 weeks. Before planting enrich the soil with Lilly Miller Morcrop Vegetable Food. Sow seeds sparingly, firm soil gently over the row and keep moist. GROWING Thin 1 week after seedlings emerge. Keep well-watered.
