Frosty Votive Holders
Light up a winter night with these iced votive holders. Fill a balloon with water and place in freezer on a sheet on aluminum foil. Remove from freezer when partially frozen.
Peel away the balloon; poke a hole in the top large enough for a votive; drain excess water. Insert a battery operated votive candle and place outside.
