3 Things to Do with a Jack-o-Lantern after Halloween
- Pumpkin roll! Organize a neighborhood pumpkin roll to see who can roll their Jack-o-lantern the farthest. This is especially fun if you live near a great big hill.
- Compost bin! Chop it up and put the pieces in your compost bin. If you're lucky you just might find a pumpkin vine growing there next spring.
- Give it to the birds! Slice the top off to form a bowl. Add just enough seeds to satisfy the birds, but not so much that the pumpkin will rot before the seeds are gone.
